NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR LISTINGS IN 2008-2009 EDITION

Deadline. All listing forms must be submitted by February 1, 2008

New This Year - Fill-In Forms: For convenience, this year's forms are set-up as FILL-IN forms. You can either type information directly onto the form, save it to your computer, and then Email it to the Film Office, or, you can print the form, handwrite or typewrite the information, and then send it to the Film Office through the postal service. Faxes will not be accepted. Submission details are on each of the forms below.

Requirements to Get Listed: To be listed in the PSD, individuals must reside in WV and provide a current physical address; companies must maintain a current physical address in WV and be registered and in good standing to do business in the state. Additional instructions are contained on the New Listing Form.

Who Should Get Listed? One of the most important things you can do to help encourage the film industry to choose West Virginia as a filming location is to list yourself or your company in the PSD. During filming, the industry relies heavily on production companies and freelance crews, lodging facilities, transportation rentals, heavy equipment rentals, construction/lumber companies, landscaping/greenery companies, dry cleaning facilities, catering firms, office furniture rentals, wardrobe/costume rental companies, telecommunications firms, office space rentals (soundstages), security firms, gasoline/diesel companies and much more. The West Virginia Film Office maintains the right to edit all listings for layout purposes and maintains the right to exclude any listing from publication if the listing does not meet the criteria set forth in the Instructions. Résumés are not accepted in lieu of forms.
