Digital Locations Library

The Digital Locations Library allows hundreds of West Virginia locations to be searched and viewed over the Internet. This always-expanding resource provides producers, directors, location scouts, and others the ability to quickly and easily search for the perfect location for their productions. If you own a property in West Virginia and wish to make it available for filming opportunities by including it in the library, contact the WVFO.

Perform Searches

Searches may be conducted by type only or by city/county or both.

Select your search criteria by clicking the box(es) or selecting the city or county you would like to search for. Then click the "Search" button at the bottom of the page.

All images that match your selection will appear. Click view details for additional information and a larger version of the image.

Create Portfolio

Under "View Portfolio" on the top navigation bar or in the "View Details" area of a searched image, you may also create a portfolio to store selected images. Follow the instructions for creating a portfolio. Once a portfolio is created, images can be added to it by clicking an image's "View Details" button then clicking "Place In Portfolio". You can view the images in your portfolio at any time by clicking "View Portfolio" on the top navigation bar or under the "View Details" section of any image.

When adding images to a portfolio you have the option of adding them to an existing portfolio or creating a new portfolio (fill in the appropriate blank or check the appropriate box). This allows you to sort selected images into multiple portfolios.
